Online Interactive Training Classes for New Users
BankTEL
offers interactive training classes at no
additional cost for new BankTEL customers. These classes are conducted as live
Web sessions, complete with audio conference, instructional presentation, and
live demonstration. Allowing new users to take training when it's convenient for
them, and practice the concepts taught. Click the links below to enroll in the scheduled
class of your choice. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to join
the session. Sign up for as many classes as you like but please sign up at least
24 hours in advance.

Payable Fundamentals
Recommended for new Accounts Payable users, this course covers
introductory AP concepts, terms, and setup. Users will learn how to
navigate through the AP application, enter invoices, write checks,
create an interface file, and create reports, as well as perform other
