In our continuing effort to provide efficient and prompt customer service,
BankTELŪ Systems has implemented a customer support call center. This procedure
has been created with BankTELŪ customers in mind, and will allow us to more
efficiently respond to our customers' needs.
Technical support is available for all our products by calling our Customer
Support Center at 1-662-245-1007 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to
6:30
pm central time. Our call center staff will record the details of your issue and
create a case that includes your contact information. A technician will return
your call usually within one hour.

interactive online customer training and support. BankTEL recently signed a
license agreement with WebEx, the industry-leading provider of web-conferencing
solutions.

WebServ Web Based Support. This "self-help" portal
offers customers a quick and easy way to log a case without
having to use the phone. Technicians will review each support request and
relevant case history and then contact you with solutions already developed. To
sign-up for WebServ, click here and fill out
the request form to receive a unique user name and password.
