REMOTE INSTALLATION
Installation of many BankTEL applications can be done over the Internet using WebEx. A BankTEL technician will contact you by phone and give you instructions for logging in to a WebEx session from your Windows server. We will then take control of your computer and install the software and databases for you. We will also need to connect with each workstation to complete the installation. Depending on the number of workstations involved and factors such as network and internet connection speed, a typical installation will take 40 to 60 minutes. Please contact us for details.
