At BankTEL®, we develop software solutions with two goals in mind for our customers: Improved Operational Efficiency and Enhanced Customer Service. Improved operational efficiency in the finance department with implementation of the BankTEL® suite of Accounting Applications. Enhance customer service, generate fee income, and attract new deposit accounts, with implementation of the BankTEL® suite of Cash Management Products.



History
Since our inception in 1994, BankTEL® has installed and supported more than 400 financial institutions in 40 states across the country. Our focus has been, and will continue to be: providing quality software and support to financial institutions. Today, BankTEL® offers an array of systems designed specifically to improve operations, and to provide your institution with a competitive edge.



Future Goals
In an effort to better serve our customers, BankTEL® has invested considerable time and resources in new technology and enhancements to existing applications. Through use of a dual platform database, each application will be available in Windows NT/2000/2003 or AS/400 environments.
